MEF 19 Lead Retrieval
Choose 2 Rent iPad Rental is the rental equipment partner for MEF19 on 18-22 November 2019 at the JW Marriott LA LIVE in Los Angeles. We provide exhibitors with Lead Retrieval Devices (hardware only). Exhibitors are responsible to sign-up with the Lead Retrieval system provided from Boomset separately. MEF19 badges will be printed with a unique QR code in order to scan customer badges.

Instructions
1. Please make your hardware rental reservation NO LATER than 5pm EST on Monday, November 4th 2019.
2. We prepare your device(s) and hand it out to you at MEF19 in a sealed box at the Registration Desk. You may pick up your device(s) any time after 8:00 am on Monday, November 18, 2019.
3. The device is pre-loaded with the Boomset Lead Retrieval App, but you will need to go through the Payment Portal to activate your account. Please see instructions above entitled “How to Activate Lead Retrieval Account”. The cost to activate your Boomset Lead Retrieval Account is $150 per account/username. (you are able to share your account/username with your entire team on multiple devices)
4. Upon closing of the event, we ask our clients to put all equipment back into the shipping box, apply the supplied prepaid return shipping label to the box and return it to the Registration Desk prior to 4pm (or any FedEx Location).
Please note: Hardware reservations will not be available on site. MEF19 is not responsible for how Boomset interacts with hardware not provided by Choose 2 Rent.
