I can’t say enough positive things about our interactions with Anthony and the Choose 2 Rent team! They fulfilled printer and badge rental needs for a large, in-person conference, everything was handled seamlessly and efficiently, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our order.The hardware arrived on time, was expertly packaged, and all of the information we needed was incredibly easy to find. Whenever an issue arose, their customer support team was easy to get in touch with, and were incredibly thorough in their ability to troubleshoot with our team until solutions were found. Following our event, it could not have been simpler to repackage our items and send back to the C2R team with the provided return shipping label.We will certainly be customers of Choose 2 Rent for all of our rental printing and credential needs, and look forward to the next opportunity to work with Anthony and his team!

From day 1, they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We made so many changes and last minute additions and they handled all of it perfectly. Our Acct. We have worked with Choose 2 Rent for 3 years now and will continue to work with them exclusively for all of our events. We rent iPads, printers and all necessary equipment for our event check in twice yearly. They make the entire experience so easy and their team is SO NICE! Every time I interact with one of their team members, I always leave happy! It is clear that customer service is their top priority. I highly recommend working with them for your next event. We had a great experience with Choose 2 Rent. They were easy to order from and we received everything exactly on time. Set up was clear and easy for the iPads and printers and we received many compliments from attendees regarding the ease of printing name badges and checking in for our conference. Using Choose 2 Rent elevated our event and we will definitely use their services again! It was also incredibly easy to pack everything up and drop it off at Fedex. Overall great experience!

This is the 3rd year we’ve rented from Choose2Rent and have been very satisfied! Jorge goes above and beyond to help set up our name badge as well as to make sure we have all of the necessary equipment to assure a successful event. It’s also nice to have the most up to date equipment and software ready to go upon delivery. The 24 hour technical assistance is helpful as well. Definitely recommend!

Would have been 5 stars, but a couple of our pieces of equipment were dead and wouldn't charge with the chords they sent. Luckily we had ordered extra so we were able to get by. Will use them again in the future.

What an amazing on-site experience! There was some confusion prior to our event with our contact. However, the Director of Sales called me directly to straighten everything out. Once on-site, our technician was knowledgeable, patient, and even helped our guests through the process in times we had to step away. The equipment arrived on time, set up as requested, and fully charged. We were very happy about that. Prepaying for return shipping made the whole experience very easy. I would have given 5 starts but we were missing some of the charging cables (we had rented a large quantity of iPads); but Choose 2 Rent did FedEx the missing cables to us the next day which worked out fine because our event was held over two days and we needed to charge iPads between the days.

I selected Choose2Rent for a display iPad for 3 weeks. The equipment arrived in great condition and I loved the stand. Most importantly, the cost was half what other rental services quoted for the very same equipment! Don't be afraid of going with the lowest cost option when they also promise and deliver the best service!! I would definitely use Choose2Rent again.

Rental units were prepared and delivered exactly as promised, in fact they arrived a day early! There was a problem with one unit, and Choose2Rent was willing to overnight a new unit as a replacement at no charge. Everything was packaged well; easy to return units; Fabulous service. We have used them 6 times in the past 3 years and have always been 100% satisfied with their service.

This was our 2nd year using choose 2 rents equipment and technical service, and once again they provided outstanding service. The on scene technician even helped out when our staff was overwhelmed with attendee volume. We had some last minute additions to our equipment needs and they were able to accommodate us with little notice. The SoFlo Cake and Candy Expo continues to grow exponentially each year, and we anticipate Choose 2 Rent being our equipment provider as we move forward.
