How can I rent an iPad?

You can book your rental device online through our Online Reservation Tool, request a custom quote through our Advance Quote Form or over the phone by calling our toll free number 1 800 622 6484. If you need further assistance you can also email us at info@choose2rent.com.


Where can I get your rental service?

Our Fulfillment Centers are located in Miami, Florida and Hamburg, Germany. We service rentals in North America, Europe as well as parts of Latin America, Asia and Africa.


When should I book my rental?

At any time you want through the website and over the phone every day from 9:00AM to 8:00PM. In order to serve you well, we recommend you to place your order at least 48 hours prior to your rental start so we can ensure availability of the device.


Where and how can I access Internet? For how long?

Our devices can connect to the Wi-Fi wherever it is available. If you wish to be connected throughout we can also provide you with a 4G data credit.

What kind of information do I have to provide?

You need to provide us with some contact information like your email address and name as well as billing information.


Do you provide free equipment along with the devices?

TabletPCs, iPads, iPhones and iPods come with a charger, USB cable, and a protective cover.


What kind of Apps are available in the iPad?

Your device comes in "like new" conditions. Feel free to add any Apps you might need. You may download any App on our devices.


Where and how can I access Internet? For how long?

Our devices can connect to the Wi-Fi wherever it is available. If you wish to be connected throughout we can also provide you with a 4G data credit.


What if my device doesn't work?

We check and reset every device before it leaves our warehouse. In the unlikely event your rental device doesn't work, contact us as soon as possible. We will first try to solve the problem remotely. If the problem is not solved we will change your device as quickly as possible.


Can I extend my rental period?

Nothing easier than that. Simply contact us so we can update your rental period. You can also use our Online Service to extend your rental.

What kind of information do I have to provide?

You need to provide us with some contact information like your email address and name as well as billing information.


Do you take any deposits?

We do not hold any security deposit on you credit card.


How and when do I get charged and billed?

Choose 2 Rent is a pre-paid service. You can pay your invoice online or submit the signed payment authorization in advance. All transactions are done through credit cards. We accept Visa and Master Card, American Express, JCB and Discover.


Do I get an invoice?

You will receive your invoice by email before the rental period begins.


What if I need to cancel my rental?

You may cancel any reservation. We do not charge any penalty if you notify us up to two weeks in advance. For cancellations up to 72 hours prior to your designated delivery date we charge 50% of the order value.


What type of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. (VISA, Master Card, American Express, JCB, Discover)

When do I receive my rental?

Although we ship every rental to arrive 1 business day in advance at your shipping address, we guarantee the arrival on the first day of your rental period.


My rental period is over? What happens now?

Please make sure you initiate the return shipping on the day your rental term ends. If you prepaid for return shipping, use the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it to your package and schedule a pickup with us or the shipping company. For self service returns, please just take care of the insured return shipping yourself and send it to our warehouse address.


Can I extend my rental period?

Nothing easier than that. Simply contact us so we can update your rental period. You can also use our Online Service to extend your rental.


What if I'm late to return the device?

Please let us know so we are aware. If you do not contact us, we would have to charge you a late return fee and possible additional rent according to our terms & conditions.

What happens if the device breaks while I'm using it?

Hopefully you choose one of our insurance plans to limit your deductible. To place any reservation, we require either an advance deposit or a credit card to authorize the anticipated charges for the deductible or the damage.


What happens to the data I left on the device?

No worries! Once the device and its equipment is returned, we immediately reset the device to factory settings and make sure that no personal information remains on it.
