Choose 2 Rent an industry leader in providing electronic equipment to rent is seeking a Client Service Coordinator. The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for the day to day execution of client services administration for an assigned block of clients. In this important role, the Client Service Coordinator is the “face” of Choose 2 Rent to our clients, solving complex customer service problems, maintaining and controlling client orders.
Client Service Coordinators serve as the client’s point of contact for all issues and services related to the account and current orders.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Advise creative, high-value technical solutions for our customers
Resolve the most complex customer service problems directly and provide assistance to clients via email or by phone
Enter rental orders into our internal booking system
Monitor existing rental orders and follow up with clients
Maintain the booking calendar and make sure that all orders are being fulfilled on time and returned on time
Respond to complaints and escalate to relevant departments if needed
Coordinate client orders
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers if needed
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Monitor shipments and open trace cases in case of delays

The Electronic Repair Technician provides supports with the daily repair of equipment and tests electronic equipment to ensure that they are in optimal working condition.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices inhouse
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
Send unrepairable items out for repair and track the repair status
Provide recommendations for problem resolution
Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock
Set up in-house workstations with IP phones, computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.).
Install and configure routers with custom SSID, appropriate firmware and network settings according to specifications
Installing well-functioning LAN/WAN and other networks and manage components (servers, IPs etc.)
Setup and test electronic equipment prior to the deployment at events

Perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming orders and equipment, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the Fulfillment Center.
Responsibilities:
Review all the orders for the week.
Fulfill the orders of the day.
Assist with all duties when needed.
Check the notes of the orders making sure the team understand the special set ups and client needs.

Ascertain that all documentation regarding packed items is generated from the system and handed over to the delivery personnel.
